All orders of coffee are roasted on Monday / Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday.

We ensure that you will receive your coffee as fresh and early as possible before the next production week.

Yes, if you are within the Houston area or passing through, your orders can be picked up the after our first production day. (Monday).

You will have the option of pick up at check out at either the Store House located in East Downtown, or at Downtown Cafe.

All pick up orders placed before Sunday at 12PM will be ready for pickup by Tuesday at 5PM

If you find your coffee defected, wrong, or simply unsatisfied, please contact us for an opportunity to correct your order
