Bait Alal is a small, high-altitude village located in the Hayma Kharijiya district of Sana’a Governorate, Yemen. It is globally recognized for producing high-quality specialty coffee. Bait Alal has been cultivating coffee for over 200 years and passed down through family generations. This coffee highlights delicate blueberry and coconut, houjicha, and champagne.
